In few words

The dosage mentionned here is given as a general model. Please consult with your physician for your appropriate dosage regimen. Indications may vary depending on your needs, the bud used, from one person to another, from one book to another and even from one physician to another.

The bud extracts that we produce are 1D, or diluted to the tenth, as opposed to concentrated extracts. Indications given here take this characteristic into account.

Quantity

• 20 drops in a glass of water.
• 3 times a day.
• Internal take, preferably on an empty stomach.

How long

• During a three week period.
• During several three week periods, with a resting period of one week in between each.
• For children, not before the age of 3, one drop per year, three times à day (if the child is 5 years old, then 5 drops, 3 times à day).
• Occasionally, if need be.

Bottling

• A bottle of 50 ml is enough for a three week use.
• A bottle of 100 ml allows a usage of three weeks, followed by a week pause, then another three weeks use.
• It is possible to use gemmotherapy for longer periods.
